You can find the products you want in two ways on this website. You can click on the 'enter shop' button then browse through a category by clicking on the name or picture. Alternatively you type the name of the product you are looking for in the search box on the left.
Once you have located the item you need and selected the number you require simply click on the shopping basket image to add it to your shopping list. You can then see the different items currently in your shopping basket and amend them as needed. At this stage you can return to the shop to view or buy more items or you can proceed to the checkout and pay for your goods and tell us where to deliver them.
When you wish to check out and buy your items, click on the basket image to review your current list and then proceed to the check out, and carefully fill in all the required information, taking particular care to provide accurate information regarding the address of the cardholder and the delivery address if this is going to be different. When you are asked for your credit card information you will see three indications of a secure internet connection. 1. A visual indication from 'world pay' 2. A small yellow padlock will appear in the bottom right of your internet window 3. The web page address will start https:// instead of the normal http://
Once your order has been received you will be sent an email from 'world pay' as confirmation of receipt of order. Please check that the list included in this e-mail matches your required items, and contact edc by e-mail immediately if you have any problems.

Delivery
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £120.
Standard delivery is mainland UK only. As our goods are sold at wholesale prices,all orders below £120 are subject to a small single delivery charge of £3.88 [exc' vat],or £10 on orders below £50.This will be seen in your order value list when you check out.For delivery to non mainland UK please contact EDC where a delivery surcharge of £10 can be taken via credit/debit card.
All product prices exclude VAT.
In the unlikely event that part of your order is missing when you receive it, please email or fax us the following information.

Standard delivery time for all orders is within 3-5 [working]days from receipt of order, providing that the item is in stock. If order received after 2.00pm,the next working day will be considered as day of order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday,9am to 5.30pm.If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and offer you either a replacement product, a revised delivery date or a full refund.
Goods are normally sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or by courier.This will require a signature upon receipt.If no one is available to sign for the package,a card will be left at the delivery address and the package may then be picked up from your local depot.An ID may be required.[Goods can only be delivered to the address of credit/debit cardholder].
Please pay special attention to your confirmation or order e-mail when it arrives as this information is a direct copy of the information submitted by you and your order is picked, packed, charged and shipped entirely on this information.If you feel that you have made a mistake then either contact us by fax or e-mail as soon as you can and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.
Returns Policy
In the event of a product being surplus to a customers requirement edc-wholesale.co.uk will issue a refund [excluding postage]providing that the product is returned in its original condition unopened,with its original packaging and is resaleable,within 14 days of date of purchase.FULL REFUNDS on products and postage will be given if the product is found to be faulty,or the result of incorrect shipment.edc-wholesale.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any consequential or indirect loss.
